General Regulations
1. General
1.1 Applicability
These regulations apply to all visitors, participants and supervisors of Unit 13 and apply throughout the entire premises, including all activities, playing areas, attractions and facilities.
In addition to these regulations, the General Terms and Conditions of Unit 13, the house rules and any activity-specific safety rules shall apply.
If these regulations conflict with the General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Specific safety instructions issued by Unit 13 for an activity must always be followed.
1.2 Access
Unit 13 reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to the premises or participation in activities where this is necessary for reasons of safety, order, conduct, failure to comply with rules or other justified circumstances.
Where participation is refused due to outstanding payments or previous reservations, the General Terms and Conditions shall apply.
1.3 Minors and supervision
Parents, guardians and/or supervisors are responsible for supervising minors outside activities that take place under the supervision of Unit 13.
During supervised activities, minor participants must follow all instructions issued by Unit 13 staff and instructors.
1.4 Pets
Pets and other animals are not permitted on the premises of Unit 13 unless Unit 13 has expressly granted prior permission or admission is required by law.
1.5 Parking
Unit 13 provides parking facilities on its premises.
Visitors must park vehicles carefully and only in designated parking areas and must follow all applicable traffic and safety instructions on the premises.
Parking is at the vehicle owner’s own risk. Any liability of Unit 13 is governed by the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions.
1.6 Prohibited items
Weapons, sharp objects or other dangerous items may not be brought onto the Unit 13 premises unless they are expressly permitted for a specific activity and comply with applicable legal and safety requirements.
Specific Airsoft rules and the General Terms and Conditions apply to Airsoft devices and Airsoft equipment.
Unit 13 is entitled to carry out checks where necessary for safety purposes and may refuse prohibited items on the premises.
2. Conduct and safety
2.1 General conduct
Visitors must behave respectfully towards other visitors, participants, employees and the surroundings.
Conduct that disrupts safety, order, the experience of others or the normal course of activities is not permitted.
2.2 Safe conduct
Outside designated playing and activity areas, it is not permitted to:
- run where doing so may create an unsafe situation;
- climb on scenery, installations, obstacles or structures;
- enter restricted or closed-off areas;
- operate equipment or safety systems without permission;
- otherwise behave in an unsafe or reckless manner.
Within playing and activity areas, the specific rules and safety instructions applicable to the relevant activity must be followed.
2.3 Staff instructions
Instructions issued by Unit 13 employees, instructors and marshals relating to safety, order and the conduct of activities must be followed immediately.
If an employee, instructor or marshal considers that an activity can no longer be continued safely, the activity may be interrupted or terminated immediately.
2.4 Violence, threats and criminal offences
Physical violence, threats, intimidation, aggressive behaviour, discrimination and deliberate vandalism are prohibited.
In the event of criminal offences, serious threats, violence or other serious incidents, Unit 13 may contact the police and/or file a police report.
2.5 Alcohol and drugs
The possession and/or use of soft or hard drugs on the premises is prohibited.
Participation in activities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances that may impair safe participation is not permitted.
The General Terms and Conditions and the specific rules applicable to the relevant activity also apply to the use of alcohol before or during activities.
Unit 13 may refuse access or participation to persons who are under the influence or remove them from the premises.
2.6 Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in areas specifically designated by Unit 13.
2.7 Cleanliness and hygiene
Visitors must keep the premises clean and dispose of waste in the designated waste facilities.
3. Use of facilities and equipment
3.1 General use
Visitors and participants must handle all facilities, materials, games, attractions, equipment and other property belonging to Unit 13 with due care.
3.2 Damage and vandalism
Intentional damage, vandalism or culpable misuse of Unit 13 property is prohibited.
The provisions of Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions apply to liability for and recovery of damage.
3.3 Equipment, games and attractions
Equipment, games, materials and attractions may only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided.
Defects, damage or potentially unsafe situations must be reported to a staff member immediately. Equipment or materials that may be defective or unsafe must not continue to be used.
3.4 Misuse and sabotage
Deliberately disrupting activities or manipulating or sabotaging games, equipment, safety devices or systems is prohibited.
Violation may result in immediate termination of participation and/or removal from the premises.
3.5 Food and drinks
The General Terms and Conditions of Unit 13 and any instructions given on site apply to bringing and consuming your own food and drinks.
Food and drinks are available for purchase on site.
4. Health, safety and incidents
4.1 Accidents and incidents
Any accident, injury, defect, dangerous situation or other safety incident must be reported to a Unit 13 employee as soon as possible.
Where necessary for safety reasons, an activity may be interrupted or terminated immediately.
4.2 Risks and liability
Activities offered by Unit 13 may involve physical, sporting, competitive and/or adventurous risks.
The normal and foreseeable risks associated with participation, the responsibilities of participants, the safety obligations of Unit 13 and the liability of Unit 13 are set out in detail in Article 11 of the General Terms and Conditions.
Liability shall be governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
4.3 Technical failures, emergencies and force majeure
In the event of technical failures, emergencies, evacuations, government measures, failure of utilities or other circumstances that prevent an activity from being carried out fully or partially, activities may be modified, interrupted or terminated.
The rights and obligations of Unit 13 and the customer in such circumstances are governed by the force majeure provisions in Article 12 of the General Terms and Conditions.
4.4 Safety instructions and briefing
For Airsoft and Tactical Lasergame, completion of the digital safety briefing provided by Unit 13 is mandatory before participation.
Participation is not permitted until the required briefing has been completed.
The applicable provisions are contained in the General Terms and Conditions and the activity-specific regulations.
5. Photography, video and privacy
5.1 Photography and video recordings by visitors
Photography and video recordings for private use are permitted provided that:
- the safety and conduct of activities are not disrupted;
- the privacy of other visitors and participants is respected;
- instructions issued by staff are followed;
- no different rules apply to the relevant activity or location.
Prior permission from Unit 13 is required for commercial recordings, professional productions, promotional recordings or any other commercial use.
5.2 Privacy, camera surveillance and image material
The current Unit 13 Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data, camera surveillance and photographs and videos created by or on behalf of Unit 13.
The current Unit 13 Cookie Policy applies to cookies and similar technologies used on the website.
6. Other provisions
6.1 Commercial activities
Commercial activities may not be carried out on Unit 13 premises without prior permission, including sales, promotion, customer acquisition, advertising, commercial photography or other commercial services.
6.2 Violations of the regulations
In the event of a violation of these regulations, the General Terms and Conditions, activity-specific rules or staff instructions, Unit 13 may, depending on the seriousness of the violation:
- issue a warning;
- immediately terminate participation;
- remove the visitor or participant from the premises;
- refuse future access or participation;
- where necessary, contact the police or other competent authorities.
Termination or removal as a result of culpable conduct by the visitor or participant does not create any right to a refund or compensation, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
6.3 Order and safety
Unit 13 may immediately remove visitors or participants from the premises or terminate participation in the event of dangerous behaviour, serious disruption of order, aggression, intimidation, failure to follow safety instructions or other situations that endanger safety.
6.4 Activity-specific rules
Additional rules and safety requirements may apply to individual activities, including Airsoft, Junior Airsoft, Tactical Lasergame and other games, events and packages.
The safety rules and instructions applicable to the relevant activity must be followed at all times.
6.5 Amendments
Unit 13 reserves the right to amend these regulations where necessary due to safety considerations, business operations, changes to activities or applicable regulations.
The General Terms and Conditions of Unit 13 shall remain decisive with regard to contractual rights and obligations.
Final note
Unit 13 aims to ensure that every visitor can enjoy the facilities in a safe and pleasant manner.
By entering the premises and/or participating in activities, every visitor is expected to comply with these regulations, the General Terms and Conditions, applicable safety rules and instructions issued by staff.
